Create New Routine

Tool Description

The Fitness Routine Planner helps you create and manage weekly workout routines. Plan your exercises for each day of the week and stay on track with your fitness goals.

Create multiple routines for different goals or seasons, and set one as your active routine. Your active routine will be displayed on your dashboard for quick reference.

Instructions

1. Create a Routine

Click the "Create New Routine" button and fill in a name, description, and workouts for each day of the week.

2. Set Active Routine

Click "Set as Active" on any routine to make it your current active routine that will appear on your dashboard.

3. Edit Routines

Modify your routines anytime by clicking the edit button on any routine card.

4. Delete Routines

Remove routines you no longer need by clicking the delete button.
